Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia is an Canadian Actress who is best known for her role as the star of Freeform Fantasy Series Shadowhunters and Venevision Television series Cosita linda & Voltea Pa' que te are enamored. As a dancer and model Toubia has also had the success she has achieved in both areas. A Montreal born native, she grew up in Texas and has been attracted to dance and performing. Since she was a child she has been taught to dance in various forms. At the age of 15 was when she began competing in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained notoriety in 2008 when she appeared in Nuestra Belleza Latina's second season. It was a Univision beauty competition series. She was in 2010 as the receptionist for Telemundo television show Aurora. In 2015 she starred in her debut feature film, an action drama called Tattooed Love.
